An Additional Praise

My last post was only about an hour ago, but I just went in to see Zane so I wanted to give you a few quick stats.

Zane is now breathing on his own (kind of)!!! Rather than the ventilator breathing for him, he is now taking his own breaths and the ventilator is just assisting him. The fluid appears to be receding from his lungs significantly and his heart rate and blood pressure look good. Praise God!

There will definitely be more dips in the journey, but this is a major victory! OUR GOD IS FAITHFUL!!

Court, I find myself checking for posts several times a day.. updating myself and those praying for you here.

You are so strong in your faith--as you always have been! I'm sure there are moments where it's a struggle but Zane is blessed to have you as his wife. Keep trusting God. We'll continue believing for his recovery with you.

I am so glad that you are updating your blog. I also check several times a day for updates and it is good to hear the victories shared - and we are praying for you thru the valleys and the victories! It is also fun to see the pictures with the posts! Thanks for sharing and our prayers continue for you all!

What wonderful praise reports. Be assured that we will continue to press in as we pray for Zane.
I've thought of you often since I received the prayer request, and it reminds me to keep you and Zane in prayer. As do the updates!
Many of us have passed on the prayer requests through our blogs...so the number of prayer warriors continue to increase!

Sheila and I started driving home last night and realized that we hadden't prayed before we left. this morning I thought I would give you the prayers of Paul to comfort and encourage you. There is nothing more powerful then the Word of God and the prayers lifted up to God in hard times like your going through.
