Thank You

Zane continues to be about the same. Vitals strong, breathing great, but still having fevers. This morning his temp was around 101 and they were putting the cooling blankets back on. He's less alert because they've switched up his meds. We're trusting that his body is getting stronger during this down time though, and that healing is taking place! As you're keeping his back in prayer, please remember the fevers. While they're not a huge problem in and of themselves, they still make everyone a little uneasy.

Thank you all for your prayers last night at 7. We certainly felt the power of so many people's prayers. We prayed right in the lobby of the hospital, and claimed healing for Zane. Also, thank you for forgiving my lack of a post yesterday. It was my mom's and my birthday and while I intended to post, I ran out of time. We we blessed with a couple visits from some awesome family and friends & plenty of sweets!

We have been SO blessed by all of you- look at this stack of cards that have come for Zane already (please excuse horrible cell phone quality photo):

Words can never express the gratitude that we have for all the support we've been shown. Each one of you have been a blessing, and we can't wait for Zane to be able to read each of your comments, emails, facebook messages, and cards.

I'm so glad to hear that he's stable and will continue to keep you all in my prayers. Please don't apologize for not posting! You should only do it when you are able to and want to.
Happy Birthday to you and your mom! I'm sure it was not how you envisioned celebrating, but I'm glad to hear that you had support from family/friends and some good sweet treats!

Happy Birthday, Courtney and to your mom!!!!! I am so sorry that you had to celebrate this way. Praying that soon this will all be behind both of you and your families. We have been praying for his fevers, his back, the grafts he has to heal, and for continued wisdom for the doctors as well as peace and comfort of all. We are grateful for the times you are able to post, but please don't apologize. It is a blessing to us that you keep us updated when you do so we know how to pray. Is there an address that we can use to send cards? Several people have asked me, but I am not sure where. Thanking God for His healing hand on Zane! (Lorraine-ME)

I am happy that his vitals remain strong, but am praying that the fevers will subside. We were all praying at 7PM last night.
Stay well.
God Bless.

Courtney, I had a special time of prayer for Zane last night at 7:00 P M. I hope you felt that many people were praying and are still praying for Zane's healing.
There will be many ups and downs but I believe God will bring Zane through and heal him.
