Hi, I'm Courtney! My love of photography came from my grandparents. My family moved into my grandmothers old house when I was 12. I shortly discovered that my walk-in closet used to be their dark room.. and I was intrigued. My grandmother had cameras EVERYWHERE and was constantly taking photos. Freezing time. Creating art out of every photo she took. It was one of her many avenues of art, and I loved every bit of it.
Flash forward a few years and I was piling on photography classes in high school. I absorbed everything I could about film, posing, light, etc. I was taking photos of just about everything in sight like my younger siblings, my mother, a bike, you name it! My favorite subject at the time was my high school sweetheart, Jonathan, who eventually became my husband. We now have two beautiful redheaded babies, Cash & Scarlette.
Ever since, my love for photography has grown and evolved, and my mission is to not only provide beautiful images to my clients, but an experience they'll never forget. I want to jam with you, capture deep belly laughs, and help you make time stand still.
